Branford Limited is a Toy Trading Company located in TST, now is seeking to fill the following positions:

Merchandiser

Requirements:

-        F. 7 level / HKDSE (Grade 4+ in English or Maths) or above

-        Minimum 3 years merchandising experience in Toys industry

-        Fluent, Excellent spoken and written English (most important), Putonghua and Cantonese also required

-        Full knowledge of shipping/IE is obligatory (Applicants not familiar with full set of I/E need NOT apply)

-        Applicant must be hard working, have good communication skills and be well organized

-        Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow through on required tasks

-        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

-        Good team player and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

-        Issue orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames

-        Communicate with internal teams, overseas office and suppliers

-        Coordinate and follow up delivery arrangement with forwarders and suppliers

-        Prepare shipping invoice, import/ export documents as well as bank documentation

-        Follow up customer’s order enquiries
