Job Description

• Assist buying team in execute buying activities, stock planning and allocation, and merchandise delivery/shipment and reordering situations to meet company business objectives
• Liaise with vendors on terms and conditions, pricing and purchase ordering issues
• Arrange the product shooting
• Prepare the information and upload to online platform
• Prepare merchandising reports for management review on business performance and inventory turn
• Assist OTB planning, sell through, retail price setting, mark down logistics
• Work with marketing and retail operation teams in regard to speedy response to market dynamics and promotions
• Support buyers in all aspects during buying trips
• Proactively source new products/brands and complied with established quality standard guidelines
• Conduct competitor research and understand the updated retail environment, including the fashion trends, pricing discrepancies, customer buying habit

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
• Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Adequate product sensibility and understanding of competitive retail landscape
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Hands on analytical skills in MS Excel in sizable corporation
• With 2-3 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry / online retail.
• Strong fashion sense.
