Responsibilities

• Handling development of new styles, mainly responsible of product development, quotation and sampling.
• Daily communication with HQ and vendors for quotation, sampling and SMS shipment issue.
• Collect all the quotation with different vendors and combine in one master quotation for communication with Italy and internal use.
• Input the quotation for proto, SMS and option price in IRIS system.
• Input the fabric price and details in IRIS system.
• Negotiate the fabric and trims quotation with fabric / trim suppliers.
• Arrange proto meeting and proto fitting with HQ and vendors to review the styles, trims and fitting.
• Follow up and ensure all the quotation all sampling can be finished on schedule. Monitor the fabric chart and sampling chart.
• Do fabric / trim and garment research.
• Ensure all the suppliers have updated styles information such as color standard, technical sheet, paper pattern, original sample, Italy proto, original trimming and sketches.
• Check the fabric, proto, pre SMS and SMS sample styling, washing and trimming to ensure all the requirements can be respected.
• Update / Pass comments during proto fitting meeting and update the SMS shipment in SDS.
• Passing the styles to QC department and supply chain for every season to start the bulk production.
• Special follow up the mini / special / fast / outlet collection and some urgent order from HQ, like checking the bulk sampling, trimming with QC department and check the delivery with supply chain.

Job Requirements

• Technical knowledge to find solution on fabric/ workmanship potential problems during development stage.
• Good planning and negotiation skills.
• Well organized, pro-active, independent and good communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Well-versed with MS Word and MS Excel.
