Job Description

• Responsible for the daily sourcing of computer and electronic related products from APAC region for global sales offices.
• Input qualified quotations detail from suppliers in Asia Pacific Region into company database on daily basis.
• Familiar with purchasing process in material, QC standard, payment and shipment arrangement for international trade.
• Perform negotiation and communication skills with vendors through both regular phone calls and web communication tools. 
• Strong customer service skill.
• Generate purchase orders and follow up with vendors.
• Maintain good relationships between suppliers and internal sales and operation department.
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or higher, have interested in technology information.
• Information Technology, Business Administration, procurement/ material management/ electronics  or related discipline preferred
• Sound analytical skill and negotiation skills
• Well-organized, cheerful, team player and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, other foreign language will be an advantage.
• Punctual, ethical, responsible and logical.
• Ability to multi-tasking, problem solving and working in a fast paced environment.
• Station in HK, very little travel.  Immediate available is highly desired
