Job Description

Responsibilities:

Liaise with vendors on terms and conditions, pricing and purchasing order issues
Ensure all purchasing and order fulfillment activities meet the customer needs and the scheduled timeline
Monitor and maintain internal PR/PO system, liaise with internal depts and vendors to resolve and enhance operations and system issues where required.
Establish potential vendors base for project development
Monitor vendors’ performance to ensure high standard of products
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder
2-3 years related experience
Familiar with SAP system is an advantage
Strong sense of integrity, Self-motivated & positive attitude
Good communication in both English & Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Words and Excel
Candidates with less experience may be also considered as Purchasing Officer
Station in Dongguan, China
