The Role:

• Monitor new legislation, advise relevant parties on possible impact to operations, initiate/facilitate as appropriate action plan to cope with the changes to ensure the compliance with all legislative requirements including the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
• Prepare procedures and guidelines related to occupational, safety and environmental protection
• Promote health, safety and environmental protection awareness by organizing appropriate workshops and training courses for employees
• Conduct measurements and surveys regarding to health, safety and environmental protection aspects
• Assist to conduct HSE and hygiene inspections, investigations of accidents, fires and dangerous occurrences and compile the relevant inspection reports 
• Assist in the surveillance of environmental measures within the Company

The Person:

• Degree holder or above in Engineering disciplines, preferably in Environmental and Occupational Safety & Health 
• Good understanding in legal requirements pertaining to Occupational Health and Safety in HKSAR, preferable with relevant experience. Fresh graduate will be also considered.
• Self-motivated and initiative, able to work independently; effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC Applications i.e. MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English & Putonghua
• Willing to travel to Mainland China
• More experienced candidates will be considered as HSE Officer
