Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist management to develop strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures to improve supply chain efficiency in order to streamline the daily operation flow
- Monitor and organize routine warehouse operations primarily in product receiving and order fulfillment
- Optimize the use of warehouse space and workforce and ensure all procedures in the warehouse comply with company standards and regulations
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations
- System upload, update, analysis and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related system
- Prepare all invoices for finance reconciliation
Basic Requirements
- F.5/6 or above
- 5 years relevant working experiences
- Independent, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications and MS Office
- Immediate availability preferred
