Job Description
Responsibilities
- To review quotation, issue PO and ensure all relevant document are completed on time
- To provide administrative & clerical supports such as order follow up and data entry, etc
- To keep track of the production and delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery
- To liaise with suppliers for sample order and follow up
- To responsible for full set of I/E shipping documents
- To review customer PO, issue invoices and shipping documents, e.g. Packing list, Form E, Certificate of Origin and ensure all documents are completed on time
- To co-ordinate with factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement
- To monitor daily in/outbound operation, ensure an efficient environment
- To monitor inventory in and out, stock transfer and ensure transactions are recorded into the system properly
- To control the accuracy of stock in warehouses
- Occasional travel to China Guangzhou warehouse
- To take up ad hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Diploma holder or above
- Min 2-3 years work experience preferably from retail or merchandising sector
- Experience in handling fashion accessories (Imitation Jewelry, footwear, bags etc.…)
- Experience in warehouse follow up and retail chain operation
- Experience in handling shipment for fashion accessories
- Knowledge of import and export procedures for Air & Sea and China Customs
- Knowledge of Tradelink, Import & Export declarations
- Excellent command of both spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outspoken, open-minded, energetic, flexible and adapt to changes
- Great attention to details, well-organized, self-motivated, responsible and work independently
- Down to earth, roll up sleeves and can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure and take up challenges
