Main responsibilities to plan, manage and review both new and ongoing operation projects to ensure that key performance goals and timelines are met, and to monitor, assess and report on quality, performance and progress of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support operation team and work in a collaborative team environment to provide analytics and reporting
• Develop workflow, templates or scorecard / metrics and shares best practices to support operation team
• Conduct meetings with parties to gather business requirements and provide consultation for stakeholders
• Monitor and communicate project progress and issues to project teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Highly proficient in Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Solver etc)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• 3.5+ year working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus;
