To facilitate business growth, we are looking for a high-caliber Workplace Effectiveness Manager to support the delivery of Workplace Strategy and Change initiatives with one of CBRE's long-term clients.

The five key areas of focus are Stakeholder Engagement and Business Alignment, Workplace Strategy, Strategic Occupancy Planning, Flexible Working Workplace Reviews and Training, Education and Awareness.

You will be responsible for supporting the client's business planning processes and seeking opportunities to reduce occupancy costs and operating costs through alternative workplace strategies and consolidation assessments. You will also support the integration of Agile Strategy within corporate and business unit plans, as well as support the collection of benchmarks data important to the client to gauge competitiveness in cost, quantity, efficiency and productivity across the client's Workplace.


To be considered for this position you must have/be:

* 8-12years' professional experience in occupancy-related field (e.g. strategic planning, systems management, tactical solutions). Experience in the banking sector will be a bonus
* 4-8 years' experience in dealing with occupancy data
* Fluency in reading drawings
* Strong data software skills
* Meaningful international experience in at least 2 countries
* Possess superior written and verbal communication skills
* Team leadership skills
* High level of personal credibility, customer relation management and interpersonal skills
* Tertiary education in business administration / management, corporate real estate, built environment or equivalent
