This position will involve in handling the following duties relating to the loyalty programmes of our airline client.

• Review and provide feedback on business and functional specification documents
• Participate in business requirement discussion
• Arrange test plan and conduct UAT, system test, regression test
• Prepare training materials, provide user training and implementation support
• Collect user requirements for system enhancement after the system has implemented
• Participate in operation re-engineering and provide operation support

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Computing Information System / Business Administration in Computing major, or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 1-4 years on UAT, or system design or relevant working experiences are required
• Solid experience in frequent flyer programme of airlines industry is an advantage
• Familiar with business knowledge and capable of understanding the company business operation process
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent time management skill and self motivated
• Good written skill in English, and Good command of spoken English and Chinese
