Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle all kinds of front desk duties including but not limited check-in/ check-out, reservation, telephone answering and transfer;
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
- Perform administrative support such as preparation of report to manager and department heads
Qualifications
- F5 or above, certificate in hospitality management or related disciplines preferred
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Pleasant and positive personality, mature and attentive to details
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferable
