ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

-       Travelling arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel accommodation, local transportation and visa application

-       Compare regularly different routing , fares and issuing offices for best travel options

-       Provide administrative support for daily operation

-       Handle Ad hoc assignment as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-    Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in travel industries and/or experience in travel arrangement/bookings

-       Knowledge of airlines or travel agent reservations is a must

-       Knowledge of loyalty membership in airlines is a definite advantage

-       Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-       Excellent communication skill and telephone manner

-       Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving skill

-       Effective time-management, self-motivated and a good team player

-       Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
