Job Description

• Patrol hotel premises in order to ensure the safety and security of the guests, staff and Hotel
• Offer concierge service to guests
• Assist guests in checking-in and checking-out
• Provide information to guests’ enquiries

Job Requirement

• A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
• Honest, responsible and self-disciplined
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit would be an advantage
