RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide full spectrum of travel consultancy services to clients include flight, hotel, car reservations or other travel arrangement
• Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
• Achieve sales target and goals (ex: airlines/hotels/vendors)
• Achieve individual performance against company goal
• Ensure accuracy at work on daily work to maintain quality control
• Responds to the customer promptly

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business travel, in the corporate travel management industry
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
• Strong skills on travel industry systems (i.e. GDS)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Cantonese
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, exercising general judgment
• Good professional customer service and problem resolution skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Travel Consultant
