Responsibilities 

• Assists in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals.
• Conduct hotel inspections for prospective clients and visitors
• Plan and monitor strategic sales blitz, direct mailing, telemarketing and direct sales call to achieve the target.
• Maintains existing business accounts and secures new accounts through aggressive and creative sales & marketing programmes.
• Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the serviced apartment.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 1 year or above relevant experience in the hotel / service residence / hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of market trend research
• Proactive, capable of implementing sales action plans and explore business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as “Assistant Sales Manager”
