Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day outbound calls for membership administration enquiries, target marketing campaigns/RVSPs/Event etc.
  • Handle and clarify enquiries for membership administration related activities; determining the cause of the problem, thinking and explaining the best solution
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, which may be complex or long-standing problems   
  • Provide the services to handle inquiries from a premium dedicated group of members in a proactive, efficient and tactful manner via inbound & outbound call, email, fax/letter.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department on events RSVPs & onsite support
  • Handle the calls about reservation and programme related enquiries
  • Handle and process member services tasks (ie: missing mileage claim, enrolments etc. )

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and preferable in airline/travel agency industry
  • Strong courteous telephone manner and communication techniques  
  • Show flexibility and willingness to work shifts/rosters ( odd hour schedule)
  • Excellent customer service mindset, pleasantly assertive and results-oriented
  • Show flexibility, willingness to multi-task, ability to analyze and good problem solving skills
  • Able to handle stress well
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • System knowledge of MS Office and travel/airline booking systems is a must
