Job Responsibilities

• To support the formulation of project plan, budgetary control, monitor and review the overall system development life cycle specifically on the quality assurance areas.
• To conduct presentations and communications with internal and external stake holders during the whole system development cycle of key projects.
• To participate and coordinate all the system testings according to the defined schedule and budget
• To identify area of improvements in the trading system  to meet the business needs

Job Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in Finance / Economics/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• Sound knowledge of the securities and derivatives trading operations in Hong Kong and familiar with the related rules and regulations
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 4 years at management / supervisory level, in securities / derivatives operations of well-established financial organizations
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
