Duties & Responsibilities 

1. Report to directors directly
2. Prepare monthly consolidation, financial analysis and management reports independently.
3. Assist interim and annual audits, results announcements and interim / annual reports preparation in compliance with statutory requirements, such as listing rules
4. Handle tax and bank related matters
5. Assist in company secretary works including minutes, statutory filing and maintain proper statutory books and records for HK and offshore companies
6. Liaise with external auditors, banks and external related parties
7. Provide support to ad hoc assignment and projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline, with recognized professional accounting qualification or finalist, such as ACCA or HKICPA
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences in which at least 3 years audit or financial reporting experience in listed company and at least 1 year in commercial field
• Solid experience in financial accounting and consolidation
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn
• Short notice or Immediate available is preferable
