Job Description
- Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent qualifications;
- Member of CIH / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification;
- Well-versed with the Deeds of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance;
- Minimum 5 years experience in property management with at least 2 years in a managerial level;
- Experience in managing luxurious residential development is preferred ;
- Experience in managing estates with I.O.;
- Possesses strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;
- Location: Dawning Views, Fanling.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
