Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall security operations at night shift duty
- Monitor the performance of security staff and handle emergency incidents
- Handle enquiries and complaints and establish good relationship with customers
- Ensure security operations in compliance with the policies & procedures and regulations
- Report to the Manager on matter related to operational or policy review
- Working hours: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, 3 years at supervisory level in security service
- Strong leadership with practical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mind with good customer services skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
