Job Responsibilities

• Assist in operations management of serviced properties including communicating, coordinating and managing client issues
• Assist in managing/ sourcing the materials, equipment and appliances
• Assist in the leasing of branded properties – responding to incoming enquiries, arranging property viewings with prospective clients
• Coordinate with in-house departments to ensure accommodation provide exceeds clients expectations
• Assist with office relocation
• Ensure a high level of quality control for company property products
• Provide full administrative support
• Assist in ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Passionate in joining property management industry or serviced properties industry
• Excellent organization and coordination skills
• Good understanding on social media would be an advantage
• Able to work independently with limited instruction
• Able to work multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Ability to think creatively
• Willing to accept challenge and accomplish hands-on working tasks
• Working out of office and on site at occasions
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent in both English and Cantonese (Written and Spoken)
