Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day supervision and support of Operation team to maximize job efficiency, performance and cost effectiveness.
• Lead a team to provide excellent security services to the clients
• Provides professional advice to clients on security requirements.
• Liaise with the customers on performance of site staff and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing employee’s value-added training and enforce the execution of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain an efficient communication link between the site staff, subordinates and the management team.
• Manages the day to day operations of contracts including manpower planning, site inspection, on-site EHS and employee management.
• Assist in attending tender/quotation briefing.

Requirement

• 3 years' operational experience in security and customer service industry, of which 1 year of supervisory level
• Proven supervisor experience in manpower and operational and/or business management
• Good customer services and capable of dealing with clients
• Communicative with spoken and written English and Chinese
• Pro-active approach to problem solving and a desire to enrich the customer experience
• With valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and Driving License
• Qualified QAS/In-house trainer is advantage
