Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies in Hong Kong according to company requirements
• Negotiate terms with prospective buyers, compromise to the right price and agree the terms of sales
• Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the sales center and display suites
• Generate and manage firm sales contracts in accordance with the goals
• Build and maintain a fruitful relationship with purchasers and buyer agents
• Handle sales record and relevant documentation

Requirements

• University degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines
• UK background (either educational or occupational) is preferred 
• Experience in direct sales in UK Residential Property field is preferred
• Fluent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Presentable with superior closing skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
• Flexible working hours
