Job duties:

• Provide support on all property sales and marketing activities in HK, Macau, PRC and overseas;
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on property market and prepare periodic reports;
• Explore potential markets and maintain good relationship with clients and property agents;
• Meet with customers & potential clients and handle enquiries;
• Assist in handling sales administration work and sales & marketing campaign;
• Handle daily sales operations and logistics arrangement;
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above;
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in property sales or marketing field;
• Candidate has over 5 years’ working experience in non-property sales field and shows great interest in property sales is also welcome;
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power-point and Chinese word Processing;
• Effective presentation, negotiation, planning and organizing skills;
• Independent and initiative;
• Travel to Macau is required;
• Candidate with stronger background will be considered for higher position.
