Job Duties

• Assist in the executive with sales & marketing campaigns for residential projects
• Conduct market researches and analysis for Hong Kong property market
• Assist in production of sales brochures, advertising materials and show flats
• Handle property sales and liaise with property agents
• Handle administrative works including payment settlements, handling enquiries and correspondence 

Requirements 

• Diploma holder or above in real estate, marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with the application of Chinese Word Processing & MS Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Work on roster and may need to report duty on Sunday and Public Holidays
• Immediate available is preferable
