Job Descriptions:

• Handling all spectra of marketing, communications and promotions activities for the company
• Coordinating for all communications functions and activities
• Providing administrative and operational supports to the department head
• Preparing media reports, articles and other related documents as required
• Handle internal and external correspondences and maintain proper documentation system
• Coordinate activities, meetings and scheduled appointments
• Supporting the overall marketing and communicating functions of the company

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in public relations, communications, marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years’ practical working experiences in news reporting, public relations, marketing and event management
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Computer skills in Windows environment, Microsoft Office
• Self-driven, customer focus and able to work proactively and independently
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willing to work under pressure and become a good team member
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer – Marketing and Communications
