The Job
- Clients: 1) Property Developers, 2) Property & Asset Management Companies
- Positions: Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer
- Responsibilities: Assist the manager in tenancy management, acquire new tenants, lease terms negotiation, leasing document management, fit-out & maintenance coordination and other ad hoc duties.
- $20-35K. 5-day, medical, bonus
Requirements
- Tertiary educated
- Relevant leasing experience gained with sizable property developers, property management companies for retail properties:
- Senior Leasing Officer - Min. 6 years experience
- Leasing Officer - 1 to 4 years experience
- Sound experience in new lease, lease renewal, terms negotiation and familiar with leasing documents
- Outgoing and presentable
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
