We are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst who has a track record of working in ERP projects.  You will be joining the business in a team lead role where you will mentor a small team of business analysts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team in gathering system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation
• Conduct workflow study and gap analysis ensuring that business rules are clearly defined
• Manage system scope and user expectations
• Proactively monitor the daily system operations and effectively communicate with user for any system issues and requests
• Perform application IAT & UAT, system set up including issue tracking & fix activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar position.
• Exposure to working within manufacturing or supply chain business environment is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with ERP (Oracle / Microsoft) implementation is crucial.
• Fundamental knowledge on IT application development life-cycle, good practices, application testing etc.
• Communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Frequent travel within Greater China region.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Business Analyst.
