Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain existing reporting services
• Develop tools for tracking, analyzing and reporting data from multiple sources and for diverse business needs
• Build automated models and visualizations tools to optimize service offering and improve business model
• Provide documentation and user manual
• Communicate with users and provide user-support

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration related disciplines
• Experience with system project implementation
• Strong track record of IT project experience across business disciplines (e.g. accounting, operations, logistics, etc.) and systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, POS, etc.)
• Experience with BI tools, PowerBuilder and Crystal Reports
• Knowledge in JavaScript, JAVA, web / mobile / cloud technologies would be an advantage
• Good communication skills. Able to communicate with users of all levels and transform business requirements to functional and/or system requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
