Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal staffs
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT devices
- Carry out IT technical support work and IT daily operation tasks.
- Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance.
- Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant IT problems.
- Assist in hardware and software asset management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2 years+ solid experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in networking theory and equipment.
- Hands-on skill on Microsoft products.
- Experienced on mobile device support.
- Experienced in IT system is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
