Key Role and Responsibilities:

• You must be able to understand the complete scenario of the business function and also have to possess essential technical skills. These technical skills primarily include Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), technical writing, and basic programming languages, etc.
• You should be able to analyze the functioning of the processes and suggests effective innovation solutions. This also includes testing, modifying, compiling, and executing concepts of the project.
• Build structured and clear communications to present ideas, approaches and proposals.
• Requirement analysis, prototype and framework design of application system.
• Give instruction to software development engineer, database development engineer to help accomplish system development and testing.
• Contribute to all phases of product development cycle from analysis, design, testing, and implementation to support.
• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to help facilitating the business decision making process.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or business related disciplines
• It is advantageous that you come from a technical background and business management degrees with a specialization in information technology.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with IT field
• You must be good at multi-tasking and be highly motivated to deal with the growing challenges in this field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Team player with strong desire for excellence in all aspects of your work.
• Proficiency command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with the knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
• Station in Shenzhen or daily travel will be required.
