• As a Senior Digital / Customer Experience Consultant, you will pay a critical role in the advisory, development of new business opportunities and innovative technology projects in order to remain at the forefront of its various business portfolios. 
• Give you the chance to help solve the challenges of the digital era for a smart digital strategy, and to create opportunities and transform companies during a period of sweeping industry change. 
• You will strategize the roadmap and future development plan and needs to build a strong pipeline of innovation projects with Sales and Solution Architect team.
• Focus on Digital strategy, Customer Experience and Digital technologies (e.g. IoT, Immerse Experience,  Robotic, Mobility, Digital payment, RPA) 
• Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
• Shaping and executing complex digital transformations

• Work closely with Solution Architect, SME, marketing, Sales, and Industry Expert teams

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in digital consulting, digital transformation projects, Fintech Startup projects, technology change management
• Digital Consultant will be considered for less experience
• Knowledge of the key issues currently facing different sectors around consolidation and change, specifically within the digital domain
• Solid background in a consultancy or advisory role
• Consulting experience (internal or external) / change management experience
• Program portfolio planning and development of roadmaps (technology and business)
• Experience of the digital industry within e-commerce, social media, IoT and mobile
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
• Willingness to be a challenger to the traditional way
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment and good interpersonal skills
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
