Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare systematic tracking reports for monitoring sales performance and operation efficiency.
- List out analytical findings and propose corresponding suggestions for driving continuous improvement.
- Participate in operational / system enhancement including design and UAT to cope with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Assist to review and streamline operation process / workflow to improve sales & operation efficiency.
- Exercise control on staff access right and update of staff inventory.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years’ banking and project experience, preferably in call center and customer service department.
- Well versed in application Software, including MS Excel formula / Macro, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Good team player with positive working attitude.
- Well organized, logical and analytical mind.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
