- Works deals assigned to the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit
- Proactively scopes the technical solutions required to address customer requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
- Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements
- Provides coaching and professional development to team members (sales executives) in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities and collaborate with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered
- Works with various product vendors for viable solutions
- Provides end to end solutions, proposals and proof of concept requirements
- Supports RFQ/RFP/Tender requirements with the appropriate solution, compliance and paper work necessary
- Provide answers to technical questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Install, configure test and maintain mission critical systems and infrastructure
- Ability to implement an end to end solution from networking, servers to storage
- Implementation of assigned system infrastructure projects
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
- Participate in the design and sizing of mission critical systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors for problem resolution

- Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps
- Achieves growth targets for the channel, sales team or account base

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- MSCE/MCITP in Server and/or Exchange
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, HyperV)
- Some scripting skills (e.g., powershell scripts)
- Comprehensive Network, Server ad storage skills set
- Must have passion for technology and willing to learn
- A record of achievement and technical solution expertise is preferred
- Product or Professional certifications will be an advantage
- Entry level candidates with sound troubleshooting logic will be considered
- Candidate with Apple technical Certifications will be more advantage
