Responsibilities:

• To implement place-making initiatives in URA’s projects, properties and places, including on-site operation, handling of programme applications and online venue booking system
• To reach out to partnering organisations, and present programmes to strengthen connection among URA’s projects, people, places and community
• To collaborate with art, cultural and community groups, event organisers, facility management and leasing teams, and provide necessary support to ensure the success of events and programmes at URA’s different projects and properties
• To engage URA’s existing and potential tenants in place-making activities

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder in event management, art, cultural studies or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in community outreach, art, cultural events, exhibitions and venue operation, preferably with experience in working with operation and facility management teams
• Good knowledge of event/programme planning and management
• Good network with NGOs, art, cultural and community groups
