Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including AR and AP
Preparation of monthly accounts, costing analysis and accounts reconciliation
Invoicing and debts collection
Assisting in office administration and HR matters
Other ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

Diploma in accounting or related discipline
2 years of experience in Accounting, with HR and office administration experiences is an advantage.
Good communication skills
Ability to effectively plan, organize and execute activities
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
