A trading company of Cosmetics products seeking an accounting clerk:

Duties:

•          Handle full set of accounts independently;
•          Prepare payroll and MPF of the company for about 4 staff
•       Update and maintain fixed asset register
•          Manage the inventory of the company products and perform stocktake at the warehouse
•          Communicate with the Merchandising and Shipping department to manage the A/R, A/P accounts
•          Provide the daily accounting support such as issuing cheques, monitoring inward and outward funds, handling receipts and payments;
•           

Requirements:

•          Diploma / Degree holder of Accounting;
•          Minimum 2 years' experience in auditing / accounting work of trading firm;
•          Fluent in Cantonese and English;
•          Good computer skills in MasterSoft, MYOB, Microsoft Word and Excel;
•          Diligent with strong sense of responsibility, good inter-personal skill and able to work independently;
•          Available immediately.
