Responsibilities

• Respond to oversea & local customer’s enquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service in resolving customer’s queries or issues.
• Follow-up customer’s complaints promptly to achieve customer's satisfaction.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business administration or related discipline.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent Mandarin.
• Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing.
• Working Location: Tuen Mun Warehouse
• Immediate available preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant.
