We are looking for customer-oriented and energetic professionals to join our team as Customer Service Executives (Night Shift). The successful candidates will be able to effectively solve customer issues, inquiries and complaints. We need enthusiastic individuals who can commit to customer satisfaction and can interact with customers to provide accurate information in response to inquiries about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by answering calls in a timely manner, identifying and assessing customers’ issues and needs, and providing solutions/alternatives
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Follow call center guidelines to provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Assist in making appointment for customers
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on call center procedures, guidelines and policies
• Night shift duty is required

Requirements

• High diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in call center, knowledge of general insurance products is a plus
• Confident, enthusiastic, proactive, results and customer oriented
• Superior listening, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good PC skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
