Responsibilities:

• Provide support on day-to-day operations and sales activities. include monitoring of inventory level, stock deliveries and stock take arrangement
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the retail team.
• Require data entry, data checking and data filling in the system with accuracy such as POS etc.
• Ensure effective communication between office and retail stores.
• Assist in arranging and planning duty roster monthly and maintain attendance records of all retail staff, also in calculating part-timer payrolls and incentives
• Coordinate with Marketing in arranging instore visual display materials or retail marketing materials.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.7 / DSE graduate or above
• 2-3 years relevant experience in retail operations and administrative support
• Familiar with operation of back-end POS setting.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Detailed minded and strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in spoken, written in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Immediately available is highly preferred
