Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on day-to-day operations and sales activities. include monitoring of inventory level, stock deliveries and stock take arrangement
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the retail team.
- Require data entry, data checking and data filling in the system with accuracy such as POS etc.
- Ensure effective communication between office and retail stores.
- Assist in arranging and planning duty roster monthly and maintain attendance records of all retail staff, also in calculating part-timer payrolls and incentives
- Coordinate with Marketing in arranging instore visual display materials or retail marketing materials.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.7 / DSE graduate or above
- 2-3 years relevant experience in retail operations and administrative support
- Familiar with operation of back-end POS setting.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Detailed minded and strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in spoken, written in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
- Immediately available is highly preferred
