Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Response to customer's enquiries and complaints via online chat / phone / email
- Response to clients' need and problem solving
- Achieve familiarity with promotional information and brand policies
- Daily order management, follow up with logistics team on shipping and delivery issues
Job Requirements:
- Good Command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiarity with sales processes (returns, refunds, invoices, etc.)
- Good communication skills and willing to learn
- Proactive handle problem skills, understanding of when to escalate problems
- Good typing skills including English and Chinese (need to pass typing test)
- Flexibly working hour (09:00-18:00 /13:00-22:00/09:00-22:00 Monday-Sunday)
- Immediately available is highly advantage
- University students / fresh graduates are welcome
