Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain a smooth workflow for SAP, SyncroTess & Trimview system
• Assist Logistic Supervisor to maintain a continuous improvement with recommendation of system upgrading
• Liaise with other departments and system consultants on system issues
• Conduct data analysis for truck fleet monitoring and customer services review
• Assist in monitoring the mixer truck’s GPS status and communicate with GPS’s services vendor for repair & maintenance
• Assist in daily order dispatch and handle customer enquiries
• Provide operational support and perform ad hoc tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder of any disciplines
• 1 year’s working experience
• Holder of driving license
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Chinese Word processing
• Able to work under pressure and work in a team
• Proactive, hardworking, helpful and willing to learn
