Our client, an established British Business Services Group with global presence is looking for a Sales Director to join their team. The Sales Director will be running a divisional team, to accelerate business growth as well as initiating Sales Strategies for the team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who owns a strong management and client facing background.

Candidates with hospitality cleaning services, pest control, professional hygenine solutions, cleaning services provider company background would be an advantage. 

Responsibilities:

• Initiate sales and marketing strategies and drive sales traffic to achieve business goals
• Plan, develop and implement sales initiatives to build effective sales lead and customer engagement
• Lead the business, provide advice, leadership to the management team and work towards company’s goal.
• Set up short to medium long term planning for the team across the business
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the sales team and fine-tune to maximize the return on investment
• Client facing and maintain account servicing
• Start and set up further business development plans for the business
• Maximise sales activities to ensure smooth and optimum level of efficiency is in place in the business
• Liaise and contacts with vendors & knowledge in commercial hygiene protocol

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or related field
• 8-10 years’ of working experience in Sales & customer relationship management level role 
• Self-starter, discipline, strong business acumen, motivated, entrepreneurial, strong leadership skills
• Proven track record of managing a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Basic Salary + monthly incentive & year end bonus
• Handle any other sales projects, presentations, work closely with management team
