The incumbent will be responsible for handling written reply / enquiries (Pre-sales, Post Sales and Club Member service) to customers related to our consumer imaging and SOHO products.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above
• 1-2 years relevant working experiences in Call Centre and Customer Service
• Proficient in Window-based or Macintosh-based PC
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong customer service orientation, good communication and problem solving skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
