Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum of administrative and operation support to Retail Manager
- Manage retail stores’ daily operations, lead retail team to achieve sales targets, arrange manpower, inventory management
- Prepare weekly sales analysis report for management
- Support retail store projects, store opening preparation, marketing tasks and ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multi-tasks
- Excellent communications skills and strong sense in retail operations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury retail industry
- Proficiency in MS office application
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Retail Operations Officer
