Responsibilities:

-Provide daily administrative, operational and clerical duties

-Prepare sales reports, quotation and invoice checking

-Answer customer enquiries by phone

-Handle general office duties, including data entry and document filing etc.

-Assist in ad hoc tasks as and when required

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Requirements:

-Form 5 or above

-Self-motivated, detail oriented and with good interpersonal skills

-Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing

-Immediate available is highly preferred
