Job Description

Global Sales Operations Executive 

Due to the expansion of European market, we are looking for a high caliber individual who is energetic, operationally-focused and can cope with busy & demanding fast-paced environment to support the new market. This role is reporting to Global Sales Operation Manager under a small Sales Operation Team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor sales team to ensure the contract accuracy;
  • Process sales order/credit note timely and accurately; 
  • Regularly review the operational workflow & business process and provide improvement inputs
  • Setting and reviewing sales revenue targets and monitor progress.  Report progress to Executives accordingly
  • Formulate sales strategy through development of account management & sales revenue forecasts
  • Create Dashboards and Reports in SFDC for automated distribution for Executives
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Supporting European markets

 

Skills and Experiences

  • Proficient in MS Office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • SFDC & NetSuite experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrated success to lead a team and work as a team
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment
  • Independent, well-organized and attention to details with long-term planning
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the team goal

 

Qualification

  • Bachelors' degree in Finance/Business Management or related discipline
  • 1 to 3 years working experience in sales administration and analytics role preferred
  • Strong verbal & written skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin abilities is a plus but not necessary.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, sales, communication & presentation skills
  • Exposure in system integration, supply chain, and project management
