Job Description

• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through email.
• Offer prompt, competent and quality customer services and provide prompt solutions to customer
• Provide feedbacks for system improvements

Requirement

• DSE or above with 2 years or above customer service experience.
• Detailed oriented, patient and able to handle complaints independently.
• Hands-on computer skills including Chinese word processing is a must.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is preferable.
