Job Description

Job Description:
- To provide excellent service to our retail potential and existing clients by chat, call or email
- To develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve company’s business goal
- Conduct demonstrations of MEX Group trading platform
- Assist clients in technical analysis, fundamentals, corporate actions, other types of market events
- Coordinate with internal business units to ensure all client requests are completed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business
- 1 year of sales experience in Financial or FX market
- Able to work on a rotating shift.
- Proficiency in both (written/verbal) English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager
- Fresh graduated will be considered
